It would be best to attach that to the debug serial port (Tx to Rx, Rx to Tx, ie a direct plug onto the port if the connectors were amenable) and then capture the emitted output as the unit boots. There with luck what is happening at the point of reboot becomes more evident...

The Serial port runs @ 115200, 8 data , No parity, 1 stop bit.

Using the serial port, you can also roll back to the release firmware as well.

As it is in actual use, and the issue is only once in a while, I prefer not to solder...
